Dear Virgin America,
I just wanted to thank you for all of your help making life difficult. I understand the inclement weather is something we have no control over. I do not understand how you think putting me on a flight leaving January 3rd is a reasonable solution when I was supposed to leave December 28th. That is kind of a big difference. Some even call that nearly a week.
I think you should build more planes. It’s the cool thing to do.
